2001 Nanton Ave (DP-2024-00473) development application

The Arbutus Club has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for exterior alterations and addition to the existing social/recreational club (Arbutus Club) on this site, by enclosing a patio and roof decks located on levels one, two and three, consisting of approximately 3,200 sq.ft. (300 m²) of additional floor area.

Under the sites CD-1(27) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
