2005-2045 W 49th Ave (DP-2025-00089) development application

Yamamoto Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey apartment building on this site, consisting of:

• 129 dwelling units (at least 20% of residential floor area secure as below-market rental)
• A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.7 (8,004 m² / 86,736 sq. ft.)
• A proposed height of 19.8 m / 65 ft.
• One level of underground parking with vehicular access off the lane

The rezoning application was approved by City Council, following Public Hearing on September 12, 2023. Among the conditions of Council’s approval, the applicant must obtain approval of a development permit.
