2010 Harrison Dr (DP-2024-00918) development application

dys architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with a six-storey community care (Class B) facility for seniors. This proposal includes:

• 178 care beds
• A FSR of 1.39
• An approximate floor area of (13,630.9 m² / 146,721.8 sq. ft.)
• An approximate height of 23.36 m (77.62 ft.)
• One level of underground parking, accessed from Victoria Drive

This development application follows the rezoning text amendment application approved by City Council at a Public Hearing on July 7, 2022, and is subject to Council enactment of the amended CD-1 (313) By-law, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
