An approximate height of 23.36 m (77.62 ft.)
One level of underground parking, accessed from Victoria Drive
This development application follows the rezoning text amendment application approved by City Council at a Public Hearing on July 7, 2022, and is subject to Council enactment of the amended CD-1 (313) By-law, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
