ph5 Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- To perform interior layout changes to the existing four-storey, ten-unit Multiple Dwelling building, add one additional Dwelling Unit, and exterior changes to fourth floor south roof decks, and changes to windows on the west elevation for a total of 11 Dwelling Units
- No change in height
- A Floor Space Ratio of 1.34 (8,067 sq. ft.)
- Having vehicular parking spaces accessed from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
