The City of Vancouver has received an application to amend CD-1 (845) (Comprehensive Development) By-law to allow a change in residential tenure to 100% social housing, a height increase from 35.5 m (116 ft.) to 39 m (127 ft.) and a floor space ratio (FSR) increase from 6.79 to 7.4.

The application is being considered under the Affordable Housing Policies.
