Stuart Howard Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior and exterior alterations to this apartment building, consisting of:

  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.09 for the site (approximately 40,011 sq. ft.)
  • Increase in number of units from 38 to 45
  • Twenty-four vehicle parking spaces, having access from Pendrell Street and Beach Avenue

Under the site’s existing RM-5B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
