2061 E Broadway (DP-2022-00309) development application
The Director of Planning approved the application on July 7, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
RH Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a six-storey apartment building with 56 strata apartments over two levels of underground parking having vehicular access from the lane on this existing site, consisting of the following:
- A proposed FSR of 2.65 (42,740.0 square feet)
- A proposed Height of 70.75 feet
- 56 parking spaces
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
