The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on March 2, 2023.
Vancouver General Contractors has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform exterior and interior alterations to this existing multiple dwelling (3 units) listed on the Vancouver Heritage Registry as a "B" building.
Alterations include:
- Interior renovations to basement and second floor
- Exterior work to site grading for required FFA to rear unit east entry and localized shallow excavation for rear unit west entry
- Relocating rear deck stair and railings
- Replacing fence around property
Under the site’s existing RT-8 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
