Marcon Developments Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:

• 162 care facility units
• A floor area of 13,953 m² (150,192 sq.ft.)
• A floor space ratio (FSR) of 3.52
• A building height of 27.02 m² (88.6 ft.)
• 44 vehicle parking spaces and 14 bicycle parking spaces

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
