21 Water St (DP-2022-00133) development application
The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this application was considered on May 17, 2022, and was refused. It should be noted, however, that the applicant has the right to appeal this decision of refusal to the Board of Variance in accordance with the provisions of the Vancouver Charter.
Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform exterior alterations by installing a public art piece to the mechanical room of this existing Heritage (C) building, containing:
- An overall height of 88.58 ft. measured from grade to top of public art
- No other alterations to the building
Under the site’s existing HA-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning
