2103 E Hastings St (DP-2024-00658) development application

The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on March 24, 2025.

Innocent Ice Cream Sandwiches Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to install an outdoor seating area, to be used in conjunction with the existing Retail store at this mixed-use building on this site, consisting of:

• Approximately 85 sq. ft.
• Proposed hours of operation: Monday to Sunday 1 pm to 10 pm - Tuesday closed

Under the site’s existing CD-1(707) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
