2120 W 10th Ave (DP-2021-00545) development application

Stephane Laroye Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a five-storey, mixed-use building designed for certification under the Passive House consisting commercial uses on the ground floor and multiple dwelling on ground floor to fifth floor, containing 48 dwelling units, with:
- A proposed height of 60 ft.
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 2.33 (42,883.36 sq. ft.)
- Three levels of underground parking providing 82 parking spaces having vehicular access from Cranberry Drive
Under the site’s existing C-8 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
