The Director of Planning approved the application on April 9, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit will be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information please contact the Project Coordinator directly at bryce.casidy@vancouver.ca
Matthew Cheng Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A four-storey multiple dwelling building containing eight units
- A height of 11.43 m (37.5 ft.)
- A floor space ratio of 1.2 (812 m² / 8,744 sq. ft.)
- Five surface parking stalls with access from the lane
Under the site’s existing RM-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
