Matthew Cheng Architect Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A four-storey multiple dwelling building containing eight units
  • A height of 11.43 m (37.5 ft.)
  • A floor space ratio of 1.2 (812 m² / 8,744 sq. ft.)
  • Five surface parking stalls with access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
