The Director of Planning approved the application on April 13, 2022, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Cornerstone Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission a five-storey mixed-use building consisting of:
- A total of 33 dwelling units with Retail at grade
- A proposed height of approximately 16 m (51 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of approximately 2.8 (2,562 m² / 27,576 sq. ft.)
- Two levels of underground parking having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2C1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
