Millennium Developments has applied to the City of Vancouver for a development application to develop a 20-storey, mixed-use building, consisting of:
- Retail at grade
- Secured market rental residential above
- Containing 177 rental units
- Four levels of underground parking with vehicular access from the lane
The proposal is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 rezoning, approval of the Form of Development and decision by the Director of Planning.
