20% of the floor area secured for below market rental units
A FSR of 6.50
A building height of 66.0 m (216 ft.)
Over three levels of vehicle parking and bicycle spaces
The rezoning application was approved by City Council at Public Hearing on November 26, 2024, following the Public Hearings on November 12 and 14, 2024. Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
