The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this application was considered on April 1, 2021, and was refused. It should be noted, however, that the applicant has the right to appeal this decision of refusal to the Board of Variance in accordance with the provisions of the Vancouver Charter.


Inspired Cannabis has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform interior alterations and change of use from General Office to Retail Cannabis Store on this site, including:

  • A floor area of approximately 970 sq. ft.
  • Operating hours of Monday to Sunday (7 days per week) from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Under the site’s existing CD-1(266) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
