Chiu Hippmann Engineering Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • To alter and convert this existing one-family character dwelling to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling (Building 1) containing three units:
    • A total height of approximately 35.1 ft.
    • A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.61 (approximately 3,845 sq. ft.)
  • To convert this existing barn to a one-family infill dwelling (Building 2) on the rear portion of the site:
    • A total height of approximately 25 ft.
    • A total Floor Space Ratio: 0.32 (approximately 1,990 sq. ft.)
  • To provide a total of three parking spaces on rear portion of this site, all having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RT-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
