Waissbluth Architecture Office Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to one-storey + mezzanine commercial building containing a Retail Store, consisting of:
- A proposed total Floor Space Ratio of 0.91 (approximately 3,280 sq. ft.) for the site
- A proposed height of approximately 25.5 ft.
- One parking space, having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing IC-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
