Dava Developments has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • Two four-storey secured market rental residential buildings
  • A height of 15.8 m (51.83 ft.)
  • A floor space ratio of 2.17
  • One level of parking, having vehicular access from the lane

Under the site’s proposed RR-2B (Residential Rental) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
