Revised application (January 13, 2026)
The City of Vancouver has received a revised rezoning application for 2245-2283 W Broadway. The revised proposal is to allow for the development of a 25-storey mixed-use rental building and includes:
198 rental residential units;
Commercial space on the ground floor;
Childcare on the third floor;
A floor space ratio (FSR) of 9.05; and
A building height of 78.8 m (259 ft.).
This application is being considered under the Broadway Plan.
Application drawings and statistics are posted as-submitted to the City. Following staff review, the final project statistics are documented within the referral report.

This application is being considered under the Broadway Plan.
