The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on December 22, 2023.
Hudson Projects Corporation has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- A four-storey, mixed-use building consisting of four commercial retail units at grade and 38 dwelling units above with:
- A proposed height of 15.2 m / 50 ft.
- A proposed FSR of 2.5 (2,939 m² / 31,634 sq. ft.)
- Over one level of underground parking with vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
