The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was withdrawn by the applicant on June 16, 2026.


Le System Development Group Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:

  • Two duplexes (Building 1 & 2), and a single detached house (Building 3) at the rear, for a total of five dwelling units
  • A total proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.85 (approximately 6,600 sq. ft.)
  • Proposed heights:
    • approximately 34 ft. for the duplex (Building 1)
    • approximately 34 ft. for the duplex (Building 2)
    • approximately 24 ft. for the single detached house (Building 3)
  • A total of five parking spaces having access from the rear lane

Under the site’s existing RT-11 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
