Rezoning Application (October 16, 2024)
The City of Vancouver has received a revised application to remove the private childcare facility from the proposal. The general form of development and number of residential units remains the same as the original application with a lowered height and a reduced density. The revised proposal is to allow for the development of a 21-storey rental residential building and includes:
- 190 units with 20% of the floor area for below-market rental units;
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 6.5; and
- A building height of 70.6 m (232 ft).
Rezoning Application (December 19, 2023)
The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RM-4 (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of a 22-storey mixed-use rental building and includes:
- 190 units with 20% of the floor area for below-market rental units;
- A privately-owned 25-space childcare facility on the ground floor;
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 6.8; and
- A building height of 75.5 m (248 ft.).

Referred to Public Hearing
On May 20, 2025 City Council referred this application to a Public Hearing.
