Table Architecture Collective has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to perform a change of use from Wholesale (shell) to Artist Studio - Class B, in this existing office/wholesale building, consisting of:
- A floor area of approximately 2,010.0 sq. ft.
- Proposed hours of operation:
- Sunday – Thursday: 11 am to 12 am
- Friday and Saturday: 11 am to 2 am
Under the site’s existing I-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
