  • A floor area of approximately 2,010.0 sq. ft.
  • Proposed hours of operation:
    • Sunday – Thursday: 11 am to 12 am
    • Friday and Saturday: 11 am to 2 am

Under the site’s existing I-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
