Banks Architecture & Permitting has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a permanent patio on this site, consisting of:

  • Backyard area (previous temporary patio) to be converted to permanent for The Regal Beagle Grill
  • Proposed outdoor seating for up to 18 people to be used in conjunction with the existing restaurant
  • Includes existing screens between patio and driveway/garbage area
  • A total fenced patio area of 324.9 sq. ft.

Under the site’s existing C-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
