The Director of Planning approved the application on October 4, 2023, subject to conditions.  A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"


AminiDesigns has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to alter and convert the existing two unit Multiple Conversion Dwelling on this site to a Multiple Conversion Dwelling containing three units, having:

  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.22 for the site (approximately 2,474.35 sq. ft.)
  • An existing height of approximately 9.41 m (30.88 ft.)

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
