Peterson BC has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to change the use from residential units to hotel on the second and third floor of this existing mixed-use building, with one surface parking space having vehicular access from the lane.

Under the site’s existing C-3A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
