Proscenium Architecture + Interiors Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site a two-storey, mixed-use building with retail and restaurant on the 1st floor and general office on 2nd floor, with:
- A proposed height of approximately 9.16 m (30.05 ft.)
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of approximately 0.89 (878 m² / 9,450 sq. ft.)
- Surface parking at rear providing nine parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
