• A proposed floor area of approximately 1,357 sq. ft.
• Hours of operation:
  • Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm

Under the site’s existing C-2A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
