The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was withdrawn by the applicant on November 14, 2022.

Integra Architecture Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on the site, a three-storey multiple dwelling building containing a total of seven dwelling units consisting of:

  • A proposed height of 12.90 m. (42.32 ft.)
  • A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 1.25 (1,051 m² / 11,313 sq. ft.)
  • Seven enclosed parking spaces with access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-4 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
