The Director of Planning approved the application on March 20 2025, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents”.
Richtown Construction Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a front duplex (Building 1) and a rear single detached house (Building 2), consisting of:
- A proposed height of approximately
- 32 ft. for Building 1
- 23 ft. for Building 2
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.7 for the site (approximately 2,821 sq.ft.)
Under the site’s existing RM-9A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
