Textbook Construction Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a duplex with two secondary suites (Building 1) at the front, and a duplex (Building 2) at the rear of this site, consisting of:

  • A total height of approximately:
    • Building 1: 35.10 ft.
    • Building 2: 25.26 ft.
  • A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.85 (approximately 5,750 sq.ft.)
  • No parking space proposed on this site

Under the site’s existing RT-11 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
