The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this application was considered on April 13, 2022, and was refused.
It should be noted, however, that the applicant has the right to appeal this decision of refusal to the Board of Variance in accordance with the provisions of the Vancouver Charter.
Arcus Consulting Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- Add approximately 486 sq. ft. of storage space to the rear of the existing retail (Grocery) store in place of the existing three parking spaces and one class B loading space
- A Floor Space Ratio of 1.05 (3,216 sq. ft.)
- Height; no change; permitted 35.1 ft.
Under the site’s existing C-2C zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
