Corteza Consulting Agency Ltd has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission:

  • Proposed hours of operation:
    • Bakery, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
    • Restaurant, 4:00 pm – 12:00 am
  • Total of four parking spaces at the rear having vehicular access from the lane

  • The installation of an outdoor seating area and fencing at rear, to be used in conjunction with the Restaurant Class-1 use:
    • Approximately 180.00 sq. ft.

Under the site’s existing C-2C zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
