The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on November 18, 2024.

City of Vancouver Non Market Housing Development and Operations has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop this site with a six-storey residential apartment building. The proposal includes:

  • 64 social housing units
  • A Floor Space Ratio (FSR) of 2.4
  • An approximate floor area of 3,273.2 m² (35,232 sq.ft.)
  • An approximate height of 21.3.0 m (70 ft.)
  • Parking provided at grade, accessed from the lane

This development application follows the rezoning application approved in principle by City Council at a Public Hearing on February 14, 2023, and is subject to Council enactment of the CD-1 By-law, approval of the Form of Development, and decision of the Director of Planning.
