Approximate overall building height of 15.24 m (50.0 ft.) to top of roof deck parapet
Two levels of underground parking having vehicular access from the rear lane
Under the site’s existing C-2C1 zoning, this application is “conditional” so it may be permitted, pending review and decision by the Director of Planning.
