  • 123 secured market rental units
  • A proposed FSR of 2.4 (6,762 m2 / 71,918 sq. ft.)
  • A proposed height of 18.7 m / 61 ft.
  • One level of underground parking with vehicular access off the lane

Under the site’s proposed RR-2B zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
