The Director of Planning approved this application, and a Development Permit was issued on December 9, 2021.
Alexandre Ravkov has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a two-storey multiple dwelling, containing a total of three dwelling units, consisting of:
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 for the site (Approximately 4,496 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 34.25 ft. for the building
- Three vehicle parking spaces, having access from W 8th Ave
Under the site’s existing RT-8 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
