Lineform Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop a two-storey, single detached house with a secondary suite in the basement, consisting of:
- A total Floor Space Ratio of 0.75 (approximately 2,969 sq. ft.)
- A total height of approximately 33.71 ft.
- One parking space in the attached garage accessed from West 5th Avenue
Under the site’s existing RT-8 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
