Fastmark has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a 17-storey, mixed-use building consisting on this site, consisting of:

  • 143 secured market rental, with 20% allocated to below market
  • Over two levels of underground vehicle and bicycle parking
  • With a proposed height of 95.45 m (303.5 ft.)
  • Proposed FSR of 5.8

Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
