Jamie Banfield Design Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new single detached house with an attached garage on this site, consisting of:
- A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.73 for the site (approximately 2,898 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 35.25 ft. (10.74 m)
- One enclosed parking space having access from West 5th Avenue
Under the site’s existing RT-8 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
