Stuart Howard Architects Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:
- Exterior and interior alterations to the west dwelling unit in the existing multiple dwelling on this site
- A total proposed Floor Space Ratio of 0.77 for the site (approximately 10,078 sq. ft.)
- A proposed height of approximately 34.2 ft. (10.4 m) for the west dwelling unit
Under the site’s existing RT-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
