2596-2660 E 41st Ave Limited Partnership has applied to the City of Vancouver to develop this site, consisting of:
- Two five-storey buildings along 41st Ave
- 12 townhomes facing the alley
- All units are rental, secured under the City Secure Rental Policy
- Proposed FSR of 2.20
- Proposed building height of 15.8 m (55.1 ft.)
- Above one-level of parking
Under the site’s existing RR-2B (Residential Rental) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
