LPI Management Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new six-storey, mixed-use building having one level retail and five levels of residential all over one level of underground parking, consisting of:
One level of retail (4 units) and five levels of residential (55 secured market rental units)
A proposed Floor Space Ratio of 3.50 (approximately 42,300 sq. ft.)
A proposed height of approximately 71 ft.
Providing 16 underground parking spaces with vehicular access from the lane
Under the site’s existing C-2 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
