DYS Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

• Two back-up generators
• Two fuel storage tanks
• A height of 8.2 m (26.9 ft.)
• An approximate floor area of 137.72 m² (1,482 sq.ft.)
• Renewed landscape in the affected area

Under the site’s existing CD-1 (59) zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
