2665 Duke St (DP-2020-00820) development application

The Director of Planning has requested you be advised that this development application was withdrawn on July 5, 2022.


Gravity Projects Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop the following on this site:

  • A new multiple dwelling building, containing eight strata-titled dwelling units
  • A proposed height of approximately 37.27 ft.
  • A proposed floor space ratio of 1.20 (approximately 8,040 sq. ft.)
  • Four parking spaces, having access from the lane

Under the site’s existing RM-7 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
