Architect 57 Inc. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission for alterations and change of use from Warehouse and Repair Shop to a Residential Unit with Artist Studio and Childcare Facility, at the above-noted address, consisting of:
- Maximum of 24 children from 30 months to school age
- Proposed hours of operation: 7:45 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Proposed outdoor rooftop play area
- One proposed residential unit with Artist Studio
Under the site’s existing IC-3 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
