The Director of Planning approved the application on December 9, 2021, subject to conditions. A Development Permit may be issued once all conditions have been satisfied. For more information, please see the Prior-to letter under "Application documents"
Coromandel Kingsway Development BT Ltd. has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site, consisting of:
- Two 10-storey towers, connected by 5 and 6-storey podiums
- A total of 217 strata-titled residential units;
- Commercial uses on the ground floor;
- A building height of 34.6 m (114 ft.)
- A FSR of 3.8
- Three levels of underground parking accessed from the lane with 212 vehicle parking spaces and 437 bicycle parking spaces
Under the site’s existing CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted. However, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
